This position supports the development, production, fielding, and sustainment of the AH-64 Apache by managing facility and infrastructure projects critical to training, maintenance, and storage operations. </p>\n<p>The Facilities and Infrastructure Project Manager will oversee analysis, planning, and implementation of facility and infrastructure improvements to support Apache systems. The role is focused on optimizing operations while ensuring adherence to environmental, security, and operational standards, as well as minimizing costs and <strong>Time of Completion (TOC)</strong>.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments and demonstrates strong leadership to direct complex infrastructure initiatives aligned with Apache Program objectives. </p>\n<p>LMI is a new breed of digital solutions provider dedicated to accelerating government impact with innovation and speed. Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, LMI is committed to delivering impactful results that strengthen missions and drive lasting value.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Infrastructure Project Management:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage projects related to facility and infrastructure improvements for Apache systems, ensuring alignment with lifecycle support and program goals. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop strategies and timelines to minimize costs and <strong>TOC</strong> while maintaining quality standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Facilities Studies and Analysis:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee studies to define necessary facility types, space requirements, locations, equipment specifications, and compliance with environmental and security regulations. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide input and recommendations for both permanent and semi-permanent infrastructure solutions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Stakeholder Coordination:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate directly with multidisciplinary teams, government personnel, contractors, and other stakeholders to align projects with program objectives. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure seamless integration of infrastructure solutions across training, maintenance, and storage functions to maximize operational effectiveness.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Reporting and Progress Monitoring:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with performance standards outlined in applicable regulations. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide regular status updates, metrics, and deliverables aligned with <strong>Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs)</strong> to all stakeholders.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Regulatory Compliance:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure adherence to all environmental considerations and security requirements for infrastructure planning and execution as dictated by Army standards and DoD policies.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Skills and Expertise:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Active Secret security clearance. </li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. </li>\n <li>8+ years of professional relevant experience, with at least 2+ years working with Aviation and automation, or intelligent systems. </li>\n <li>Proven experience in <strong>project management</strong>, particularly for facilities and infrastructure planning within military or defense operations. </li>\n <li>Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills to manage complex projects responsibly and efficiently. </li>\n <li>Familiarity with <strong>real property asset management</strong> and infrastructure requirements for Apache systems-related training, maintenance, and storage. </li>\n <li>Knowledge of applicable <strong>environmental compliance</strong> and <strong>security standards</strong> for military facilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience supporting the Apache Attack Helicopter and its associated logistics processes. </li>\n <li>Understanding of cost-effective solutions that reduce lifecycle costs while ensuring operational readiness. </li>\n <li>Familiarity with Army-approved tools like Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) and planning systems for infrastructure. </li>\n <li>Background in drafting and implementing studies such as Materiel Fielding Plans (MFPs) and System Support Management Plans (SSMPs).</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Applicants must meet eligibility requirements for a U.S. Government security clearance. Only US Citizens are eligible for a security clearance. For this position, LMI will only consider applicants with security clearances or applicants who are eligible for security clearances, due to the nature of the work.</p>",
