  "key_responsibilities": "<div><!--block-->While there is no typical day when you are managing projects and employees, there are a few things you can count on:</div><ul><li><!--block-->Performing or guiding the technical analysis of the project(s) assigned.&nbsp; Make sound decisions on technical problems and methods related to the work being performed based on established engineering principles and guidelines, and supervisory guidance.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Assess project requirements, define objectives and constraints, develop budgets, perform feasibility studies, manage staff, providing training and outside presentations as needed.</li><li><!--block-->Develop project schedules, set milestones, and coordinate tasks to ensure that projects are completed on time.</li><li><!--block-->Monitoring project progress status, compliance with approved scope, and act as the point of contact for inquiries regarding the project.</li><li><!--block-->Reviewing proposed changes for impact on the project design, budget, or schedule.</li><li><!--block-->Preparing reports and presentations that provide raw technical data in a concise and comprehensible manner.&nbsp;</li></ul>",
