    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><u>Day Shift - Live Hang</u></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Primary Purpose</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ensures the successful execution of department operations, while ensuring procedures, people and resources are aligned to accomplish established goals regarding quality, efficiency and safety.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Major Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ol><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">&nbsp;Ensuring orders are fulfilled and operating with correct staffing numbers daily. Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and good production practices (GPPs) for the department.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Following product quality and packaging specifications, executing plans to address defects and necessary improvements. Following food safety regulations and correcting deviations.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Meeting department metrics; BMPH, Cost/ lb., PPMH, A Grade %.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Following prescribed Human Resources/Safety policies and procedures, completing Kronos and Oracle HCM time off requests on a timely basis, completing safety and certification training.</span></li></ol><p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">High School Diploma or equivalent required.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Bachelor's degree preferred in Agriculture, Operations Management and/or Business.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">3+ years’ demonstrated supervisory experience in lieu of degree and previous poultry experience preferred.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) knowledge and experience.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">USDA regulations on sanitation and pre-operations guidelines.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">##LI-VR1</span></p>",
