Grove Dental Associates
Patient Service Representative (Must be in Central Time Zone)
Hours of Operation
Hours can vary from 7am-6pm M-F and possible Saturdays from 7am -230pmFull time position 40 hours a week Training would be Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm at the Downers Grove location Position would be Remote once fully trained, providing work from home criteria is met. The training is approximately 3-4 weeks.Must have high speed internet and a quiet private workspace to work remotely

Receive/make a high volume of calls to schedule and assist patients for their next dental appointment
Create patient charts on the computer
Multitask when scheduling the patient with being able to review multiple applications at the same time on the computer
Ability to identify and resolve issues with a sense of urgency while maintaining patient confidentiality.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service or call center environment.
The ability to identify and resolve issues with a sense of urgency while maintaining patient confidentiality.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and telephone skills establishing positive relationships.
A stable employment history and history of consistent attendance.
Dependability, flexibility, and commitment to providing exceptional service for patients.
