Together, we’ll push boundaries and go above what’s expected of us to meet the challenges of tomorrow and engineer a better world!</p><p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior&#xa0;Municipal Project Manager</strong> to support our growing municipal and transportation practice in the GTA, including municipal road and intersection design, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, watermains and drainage works projects. Responsibilities will also include the oversight of the design team to ensure projects are delivered to our rigorous quality standards on time and on budget.&#xa0;</p><p>CIMA+ has a hybrid model, with the expectation to be in the <strong>Bowmanville, ON&#xa0;</strong>office 2 days /week or more.</p><p><strong>Primary responsibilities:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage project teams through all phases of conceptual and detailed design of municipal civil projects including rural and urban roads rehabilitations, reconstructions and widenings, sewers, watermains, drainage improvements, etc.&#xa0;</li><li>Manage project resources, schedule, budget, quality management and project risk assessment on behalf of CIMA+ to meet client expectations.&#xa0;</li><li>Prepare and supervise engineering studies, environmental assessments, reports, calculations, plans and contract documents, cost estimates, and construction documents.&#xa0;</li><li>Lead and assist in the pursuit of new projects, including the development of technical scope workplans, schedule, project team organization, and task-level budgets.&#xa0;</li><li>Build relationships with existing and potential clients; liase with clients, consultants, regulatory and utility agencies, project stakeholders and contractors.&#xa0;</li><li>Coordinate and mentor intermediate and junior staff on fundamentals of design, project delivery and general project management skills.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<ul><li>Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in municipal design projects.&#xa0;</li><li>P.Eng. designation in Ontario (or eligibility for transfer). &#xa0;</li><li>Specific experience with municipal infrastructure and road design is a requirement. &#xa0;</li><li>Previous experience managing municipal projects.&#xa0;</li><li>Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and documents, e.g. plans and profiles, specifications, etc. &#xa0;</li><li>Ability to manage and prioritize several assignments at one time in order to deliver on time and within budget. &#xa0;</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Civil3D or Bentley InRoads, as well as of various software packages (Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheets). &#xa0;</li><li>Highly meticulous nature, strong attention to detail. &#xa0;</li></ul><p>At CIMA+, we value diversity of talent and perspective.
