    "description_html": "<p><strong>Inca Presswood Pallets</strong> is a manufacturer of Engineered Molded Wood™ pallets, core plugs, and extruded wood blocks, along with other engineered wood products located in Sardis, MS.</p><p>We are currently looking for a qualified <strong>Industrial Maintenance Technician</strong> working full time with competitive pay, and excellent benefits including 401k and paid vacation.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>The Industrial Maintenance Technician position requires strong electrical experience within an industrial manufacturing environment. You will troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain electrical equipment while maintaining a safe environment and observing all local, state, and federal electrical and safety regulations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><p>The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:</p><ul><li>Works in a safe and efficient manner.</li><li>480V 240V, 120V, 24 VSC systems and controls.</li><li>Motor installations and troubleshooting up to 250 HP</li><li>Install and troubleshoot 480V motor starting circuits.</li><li>Install and troubleshoot variable frequency drives (VFD) and DC circuits.</li><li>Completes work in an efficient and timely manner.</li><li>Conduit installation as required.</li><li>Electrical Panel component diagnosis and replacement.</li><li>PLC installations and troubleshooting (Programming not required)</li><li>Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.</li><li>Ability to read electrical line drawings &amp; schematics and ladder logic.</li><li>Hydraulic experience a plus.</li><li>Will be required to perform preventative and demand maintenance in all areas of the facility.</li><li>Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs, both verbally and through work orders.</li><li>Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.</li><li>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.</li><li>Welding Stick and MIG.</li><li>Fabrication (Guides, Guards, Brackets).</li><li>Maintain a Hot Water Boiler System.</li><li>Maintain drag chain conveyors.</li><li>Preform coupling alignments.</li><li>Change large bearings as needed.</li><li>Operate heavy equipment.</li><li>Maintain all aspects of the operation.</li></ul>",
