Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market ready-condition Respond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, minor HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes, etc.) Perform on-call emergency service as required Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as needed Assist with keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debris Who and what skills are we looking for?
A minimum of 2-3 years of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turns Moderate to advanced electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills EPA Universal is highly preferred Energetic, responsible and organized A true team-player mentality
