    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Mechanic will preform electrical/mechanical corrective and preventative maintenance on liquid filing (bottle finning) equipment, manufacturing equipment, and systems which include wiring, power distribution, servo and stepper controls, and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Work with Production Manager and other Mechanics to maximize efficiency of production lines. </li>\n <li>Perform set ups, breakdowns, repairs, preventive maintenance, and improvements on machines.</li>\n <li>Ensure that instructions provided in the Work Orders are being followed (i.e. correct codes, box counts, palletizing instructions) by periodically monitoring each line.</li>\n <li>Sign off job start-ups to run while ensuring setups are accurately matching the proper components with the work order.</li>\n <li>Document major repairs or adjustments in Maintenance log book.</li>\n <li>Review production paperwork for accuracy.</li>\n <li>Ensure for set up that the proper components are supplied to the production lines and staged for the next shift/job.</li>\n <li>Ensures for breakdowns that components from a prior job are removed from the production floor.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot machine malfunctions to maintain maximum production and quality.</li>\n <li>Communicate with supervisors, operators, and other mechanics.</li>\n <li>Create legible written records.</li>\n <li>Verify product produced and labeled accurately.</li>\n <li>Follow applicable OSHA safety regulations etc.</li>\n <li>Understand FDA regulations to the operations and consequences of nonconformance.</li>\n <li>Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly work environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school or equivalent (Required)</li>\n <li>Experience filling liquids into bottles a plus.</li>\n <li>Electrical: 24V to 480V, single phase and three phase</li>\n <li>Two or more years troubleshooting and maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment, or military equivalent.</li>\n <li>Reading and interpreting blueprints: electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic</li>\n <li>Familiarity with contract or third-party manufacturing experience beneficial.</li>\n <li>Critical thinking and decision-making capabilities are mandatory. </li>\n <li>Requires strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li>\n <li>Self-motivated and self-managed with a high degree of honesty and integrity.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $27.00 - USD $36.00 /Hr.",
