Description

Position Summary The Sales BDC Representative is responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer communications, generating appointments for the sales department, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the lead-handling process. This role serves as the first point of contact for many prospective customers and plays a critical role in driving dealership sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities Respond to internet, phone, text, chat, and email inquiries promptly and professionally. Contact prospective customers to schedule showroom appointments. Follow up with unsold customers and previous inquiries. Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the sales process. Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system. Meet or exceed appointment-setting and show-rate goals. Coordinate with Sales Consultants and Sales Managers regarding customer appointments. Utilize dealership scripts and processes while providing personalized customer experiences. Assist with marketing campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and special events. Perform additional duties as assigned.
