Together, we build and play in Montana.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU'LL DO: </span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Drive Strategy &amp; Growth:</span> Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the civil division, expand market presence, and align with company goals</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Own Financial Performance:</span> Manage P&amp;L, budgets, forecasting, billing, and contracts to ensure profitability, compliance, and cost control</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Lead Project Execution:</span> Oversee Project Managers and Superintendents across all phases, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Optimize Operations:</span> Manage resources, schedules, and backlog using KPIs to maximize efficiency, productivity, and project outcomes</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Build Teams &amp; Relationships:</span> Lead, mentor, and develop teams while strengthening client partnerships and driving new business opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU BRING: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field</li>\n<li>Proven leadership experience in civil construction, managing teams and complex projects</li>\n<li>Strong expertise in site development, earthwork, utilities, and infrastructure work</li>\n<li>Demonstrated success managing budgets, P&amp;L, and financial forecasting</li>\n<li>Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills</li>\n<li>Ability to think strategically while staying close to field operations</li>\n<li>Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices</li>\n<li>Experience with project management tools and Microsoft Office</li>\n<li>PMP, CCM, or similar certifications are a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">BENEFITS &amp; PERKS</span><br></p>\n<p><span>At Williams, we take care of our team with competitive benefits, growth opportunities, and a culture that values work-life balance.
