The MSSE performs all fact-finding and provides customer-based requirements to the Pre-Sales Engineer to validate any technical requirements.</p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Lead point of contact for IT sales related matters for assigned accounts</li><li>Develop and maintain a trusted advisor relationship with customers</li><li>Act as the liaison between customers and Atlantic internal teams</li><li>Review and make certain existing contact billings are accurate</li><li>In accordance with Atlantic&rsquo;s sales order process submission of worksheets for hardware/software, renewals and professional services</li><li>Work with customer to thoroughly Fact Find new opportunities and understand the goals an initiatives as it relates to technology.</li><li>Create an annual IT budget summary for each client based on their fiscal year end.</li><li>Timely delivery of customer quotes and proposals ensuring profitability of the opportunity and meeting assigned gross profit (GP) targets.</li><li>Participate in the preparation and delivery of account Technical Business Review in conjunction with the assigned vCTO.</li><li>Work closely and communicate with account vCTO to identify sales opportunities within account base.</li><li>Communicate with Atlantic Quote Desk to efficiently identify what is needed to provide quotations and proposals to customer</li><li>Communicate with Project Manager to ensure timely completion of installation and professional services projects</li><li>Maintain sales forecast and tracking in Connectwise daily.</li><li>Update Connectwise Ticket queues</li><li>Update IT Glue as necessary with latest proposal documents&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with service issue escalations as needed</li></ul><p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ability to present and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, including C-level</li><li>Skilled in delivering client-focused solutions centered on customer needs</li><li>Detail oriented with focus on efficient time management</li><li>Strong listening skills</li><li>Strong verbal and written communications skills</li><li>Working knowledge of computing and network infrastructure</li><li>Working knowledge with MS Office Suite</li></ul><p>(Note that a commission based comp plan is tied to this role)</p></div></div>\n    </div>\n  \n",
