Assist with food preparation and portioning in accordance with established recipes and company standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout kitchen, preparation, and service areas. Replenish inventory, ingredients, and supplies as needed to support daily operations. Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and quality service. Support opening, closing, and routine operational procedures. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. Qualifications Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Comfortable working in a kitchen setting using kitchen equipment and tools Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills. Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and punctuality. Ability to follow directions, maintain accuracy, and pay close attention to detail. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs.
