          "text": "<p>What You Get&#xa0;To&#xa0;Do:&#xa0;&#xa0;</p><p>The&#xa0;Area Director&#xa0;is responsible for&#xa0;providing overall managerial oversight of an Adult Family Home (AFH) Service segment and&#xa0;is responsible for&#xa0;supervision of up to three (3) Program Directors. The&#xa0;Area Director&#xa0;will have overall supervision of the programs, retention, training, and development. In addition to the organization and implementation of direct support, person-centered planning, advocacy, regulatory compliance, safety,&#xa0;financial management, and maintenance of the physical environment.&#xa0;This position will oversee programs in Sauk County and Madison.&#xa0;</p><p>Four (4) High Acuity Programs - 2 in Madison, 1 in Baraboo, and 1 in Lyndon Station plus 5 persons served in an apartment in Madison. We also provide CCS services in Baraboo.&#xa0;</p><p>Duties include but are not limited to:&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Lead the training and supervision of program Directors, evaluating program and staff performance to ensure exceptional quality and efficient&#xa0;utilization. Moreover, offer valuable support for staff and caregiver training to enhance their skills and&#xa0;expertise.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Develop and&#xa0;maintain&#xa0;effective working relationships with all funding sources, regulatory bodies, and families of those we serve ensuring licensing and compliance.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Navigating,&#xa0;managing&#xa0;and leading all aspects of program/area financial performance, including budget management, contract review/adherence&#xa0;and rate negotiation.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Collaborate effectively with the State management team to&#xa0;optimize&#xa0;state-wide operations.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Assure proper management of persons served and household finances.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Assess and propose policies and procedures to elevate program efficiency;&#xa0;leverage&#xa0;technical and analytical tools to gauge performance and productivity, pinpointing any service gaps.&#xa0;</li></ul>",
