If you are committed to building excellent client relationships, providing consistent superior-quality work, and taking initiative to understand your clients’ needs, we would like to meet you!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>LTC offers a dynamic team setting and generous benefits (including 401K, PTO, and Health, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">POSITION: </span>Training Analyst</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">LOCATION:</span> Stafford, VA (On-Site Work)</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">STATUS:</span> Full time – Contingent Hire     </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Open only to US Citizen with a current US passport and ability to obtain Active Secret Clearance</span></span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Position Summary</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>Supports New Equipment Training and sustainment training for Marine Corps personnel, including training package development, POIs, lesson plans, instructor guides, student outlines, assessments, rosters, and delivery at Government facilities and field locations.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Primary Responsibilities</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Develop, update, and maintain NET and sustainment training materials<span> </span></span><span>in Syste</span><span>ms Approach to Training format.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Prepare Programs of Instruction, lesson plans, student handouts, instructor guides, student outlines, assessments, test materials, attendance rosters, quick reference cards, smart guides, and training aids.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Deliver New Equipment Training, student evaluation, and sustainment training to Marine Corps personnel at Major Subordinate Commands, Reserve units, Government facilities, and field locations.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Coordinate with logistics leads to align training with fielding, sustain</span><span>men</span><span>t, operator/maintainer requirements, and equipment readiness.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Provide training event documentation and materials supporting CDRL D002.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Support travel to MEF and Marine deployment locations as needed for training and fielding support.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Travel:</span> Ability to travel up to 25% to support client meetings and requirements<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Experience</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>USMC training delivery, NET, operator/maintainer instruction, or military instructor experience.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>NAVMC 1553.1A/System Approach to Training familiarity.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Curriculum development, job/task analysis, and student evaluation.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Strong facilitation, briefing, and field-training coordination skills.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Preferred Qualifications </span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Bachelor’s d</span><span>egree pr</span><span>eferred; military instructor, curriculum developer, logistics/training, or equipment training experience acceptable.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Prior Marine Corps training, fielding, logistics, or equipment operator/maintainer experience preferred.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Ability to obtain/</span><span>maintain</span><span> CAC and required background</span><span> investig</span><span>ation; Secret clearance ma</span><span>y be requ</span><span>ired.</span></span><span> </span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>LTC Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
