          "text": "<p>The <strong>Painter/Blaster</strong> is a key member of the Fabrication Department, responsible for preparing metal parts and welded assemblies for production by performing abrasive blasting techniques to remove rust, scale, grease, and other surface contaminants. This role plays a critical part in ensuring all components meet Mission Critical Group's quality standards before advancing to the next stage of the manufacturing process. The Painter/Blaster is expected to&#xa0;operate&#xa0;blasting equipment safely and efficiently, inspect completed work for quality compliance, and always&#xa0;maintain&#xa0;a clean and organized work area. The&#xa0;ideal candidate is detail-oriented, production-focused, and committed to upholding the&#xa0;high standards&#xa0;of craftsmanship that allow Mission Critical Group to deliver superior products to clients across the oil and gas, marine, and energy markets. Consistent and&#xa0;accurate&#xa0;representation of the Mission Critical Group brand, mission, vision, values, and organizational strategy are essential to the success of this role and the&#xa0;organization.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Schedule:&#xa0;</strong>Monday to Friday 2:30pm to 12am | Occasional Saturdays</p><p><strong>Accountabilities &#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Stage metal parts and welded assemblies for blasting.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Operate blasting equipment to clean and prepare sheet metal surfaces.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Remove scale, rust, grease, and other materials using abrasive blasting techniques.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Inspect blasted parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Safely unload and organize cleaned parts for the next step in production.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Maintain and clean blasting equipment as needed.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe&#xa0;at all times.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Meet or exceed production timelines&#xa0;and&#xa0;quality expectations.</li></ul>",
