The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining HMI systems that interact with automated machinery to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe blending operations.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>HMI System Operation: Operate and monitor HMI interfaces for automated blending equipment, ensuring proper functioning and efficiency in the production line.</p><p>System Monitoring: Continuously monitor HMI displays to detect any system alarms or malfunctions, ensuring timely and accurate responses to avoid production downtime</p><p>Troubleshooting &amp; Maintenance: Troubleshoot HMI software and hardware issues, coordinating with maintenance and engineering teams for repair and system upgrade</p><p>Data Logging &amp; Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of system operations, faults, and changes in HMI software. Generate production and system performance reports.</p><p>Process Optimization: Analyze HMI data to identify areas for process improvement, contributing to the optimization of production workflows, machine performance, and safety protocols.</p><p>Compliance &amp; Safety: Ensure that HMI operations adhere to company safety standards, industry regulations, and quality control protocols. Report any safety issues related to HMI systems.</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher in Automation, or a related field preferred.</p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><p>Previous experience operating or working with HMI systems in a manufacturing or production environment.</p><p>Experience with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and industrial automation systems is a plus.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><p>Familiarity with HMI software</p><p>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.</p><p>Understanding of industrial automation and control systems.</p><p>Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
