Business Development &amp; Sales: Prospects and sources new commercial clients for treasury management services; develops and executes sales strategies to achieve deposit and fee income goals; prepares and delivers compelling presentations, proposals, and pricing pro formas.</p><p><br></p><p>2. Relationship Management: Maintains and expands relationships with existing clients through regular reviews and consultative engagement; partners with Relationship Managers and other departments to identify cross-selling opportunities. Maintains contact with top and high priority customers.</p><p><br></p><p>3. Product Expertise &amp; Advisory: Serves as an internal expert on treasury management products and services; provides strategic advisory services to clients on cash management, fraud prevention, and payment solutions. Internally champions new product development and pricing.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>4. Market &amp; Industry Engagement: Stays informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies; represents the Bank at community events and industry conferences to build brand presence.</p><p><br></p><p>5. Maintains a current knowledge of Bank regulations. Ensures compliance with all Federal, State, and Bank policies, procedures, and regulations.</p><p><br></p><p>6. Performs other duties as assigned.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Performance Measurements&nbsp;</strong></p><p><br></p><p>1. Sales &amp; Revenue Metrics: Net New Revenue from new treasury clients and cross-sell opportunities; Deposit Growth attributable to treasury solutions.</p><p><br></p><p>2. Client Acquisition &amp; Retention: New Client Count onboarded; Churn Rate of clients discontinuing services.</p><p><br></p><p>3. Sales Process Efficiency: Pipeline Health (volume and quality of opportunities); Time to Close from initial contact to deal closure.</p><p><br></p><p>4. Consistently demonstrates the behaviors that embody River City Bank’s Values.</p><p><br></p><p>5. Good working relationships and coordination exist with all co-workers and managers.&nbsp;</p>",
