This role focuses on building scalable, secure, and efficient applications and services, with an emphasis on API integrations, automation, and cloud-native development.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Software Engineer II will work across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. This position requires strong collaboration with business stakeholders, other Technology teams, and third-party vendors to deliver reliable and maintainable solutions that enhance productivity and support company growth.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">1. Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications, services, and integrations</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">2. Build and maintain APIs, webhooks, and integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms (including Encompass and other mortgage-related systems)</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">3. Develop automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">4. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">5. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">6. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">7. Deploy and manage applications within Microsoft Azure</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">8. Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">9. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">10. Perform code reviews and contribute to development standards</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">11.
