Maintain adequate spare parts inventory. We are looking for someone that has supervisory or team management experience. Feel good knowing you are working to make the world a greener place recycling used cooking oil. </p><p><b><u>Sign on bonus to paid out in installments</u></b>: First payment of $500 to be paid after 90 days and second payment $500 to be paid after 180 days, $1000 at one year.</p><br><u><strong>This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week, weekends as required and fulfill on-call duties for repairs and assistance.</strong></u><br><br><u><strong>Schedule:</strong></u> 7am to 3:30pm<br><br><u><strong>Starting hourly rate:</strong></u> $33 -$35.50<br><br><u><strong>Job Duties:</strong></u><p>• Set daily work priorities and assign work orders to maintenance team. Assign schedules and maintenance duties. <br>• Rebuild pumps and motor assembly.</p><p>• Communicate daily with plant operations manager and general manager.</p><p>• Ensure employees are properly trained to perform their jobs safely.</p><p>• Learn Oracle work order and inventory system and assist GM with upkeep of parts inventory.</p><p>• Check on assigned work orders to see that they are properly completed.</p><p>• Report personnel issues to general manager.</p><p>• Practice proper PPE compliance and maintain a safe working record and environment.</p><p>• Immediately communicate unsafe conditions. acts or injuries.</p><p>• Align, fit, and assemble component parts, using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and templates.</p><p>• Record daily work performed and parts used on work order sheet.</p><p>• Read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical orders to determine methods and sequences of assembly.</p><p>• Repair, rework, and calibrate hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies and systems to meet operational specifications and tolerances.</p><p>• Able to Stick and MIG weld.</p><p>• Ability to diagnose and repair electrical components and circuits of various voltages 480vac 3phase, 110 and 220.and follow schematics.</p><p>• Ability to analyze control circuits including low voltage and analog signals.</p><p>• Familiar with PLC programming and troubleshooting and follow PLC ladder logic.</p><p>• Verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments.</p><p>• Operate metalworking machines to fabricate housings, jigs, fittings, and fixtures.</p><p>• Ability to work with and implement automated processes.</p><p>• Ensure that all equipment is kept in a proper and safe working condition and area is clean and clear of debris after repair or inspection.</p><p>• Oversee and participate in wastewater application every spring and fall.</p><p>• Follow all safety rules and procedures. Stay current on all Vector safety videos and fully participate and support all safety initiatives.</p><p>• Winter duties, snow removal, salting and icicle removal.</p><p>• Understand operation and maintenance of anaerobic digester.</p><p>• Perform equipment inspections on forklift, scissor lift, manlift and site safety inspections.</p><p>• Other duties as assigned.</p><br><br><u><strong>Requirements:</strong></u><p>•4-5 years of relevant Lead or Supervisory experience.<br><br>•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer use.  <br><br>•Ability to Mig and Stick weld.  <br><br>•Boiler and Pipe fitting experience required.</p><p>• Proven industrial mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and pneumatic skills including troubleshooting.</p><p>• Able to work, coach and communicate with all employees</p><p>• Understand and follow written and verbal instructions.</p><p>• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 100lbs.</p><p>• Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, kneel, climb ladders and squat for extended periods.</p><p>• Ability to work at heights up to thirty-five feet, in confined spaces, and in adverse temperatures and weather conditions.</p><p><em>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to the individual's race, color, sex, national origin, religion, age, disability, genetic information, status as a military veteran or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. </em></p>",
