are currently seeking Electrical Engineers to join our collaborative engineering team.</strong> This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the design of resilient, scalable, and efficient electrical systems for mission critical facilities and data centers, while also supporting a broad portfolio of aviation, federal, commercial, civic, and tribal projects.&nbsp;If you&rsquo;re to apply.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Design and document electrical systems for mission critical facilities and data centers, including medium- and low-voltage power distribution, UPS systems, standby generation, grounding, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage infrastructure.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Support the planning and design of resilient and redundant electrical systems focused on uptime, reliability, and operational continuity.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Produce one-line diagrams, panel schedules, power plans, lighting layouts, specifications, coordination studies, and technical reports.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Perform electrical engineering calculations including load analysis, short circuit coordination, arc flash, voltage drop, and selective coordination studies.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Coordinate with mechanical engineers and technology teams on critical systems such as cooling infrastructure, equipment power requirements, and integrated building systems.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Apply NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and other applicable codes and standards to deliver compliant, high-performance solutions.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and technical coordination sessions with owners, contractors, and consultants.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Collaborate across disciplines to deliver fully integrated project solutions for complex facilities.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Support QA/QC processes and construction administration activities, including submittal reviews, RFIs, EIT</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">FE exam passed is preferred but not required.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">0&ndash;3years of experience.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Interest or internship exposure in HVAC, mission critical systems, or building infrastructure preferred, but not required.</li></ul><p><strong>Mid-Level Engineer</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">FE exam passed and actively pursuing PE licensure preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">4+ years of progressive experience in electrical system design.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Demonstrated ability to lead design efforts and coordinate small to mid-scale projects.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Experience with mission critical, data center, industrial, or high-performance facility projects is highly desirable.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Senior Mechanical Engineer</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Active PE license required.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">10+ years of progressive experience leading electrical design and ability to become proficient in a short amount time; experience with SKM, ETAP, EasyPower, or similar electrical analysis software is a plus.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Strong understanding of building systems, documentation standards, and interdisciplinary coordination.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Experience in mission critical, data center, aviation, federal, commercial,
