    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p>As part of Helfaer Field, the American Family Field Event Staff will assist with all non-Brewers Baseball game events and activities taking place at Helfaer Field (youth baseball facility) and inside/outside of American Family Field. Depending on the event, this position may also act as Brewers liaison and point of contact for clients and guests. </p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p>Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Meet with coaches and teams to communicate and enforce facility rules, procedures, expectations, and safety policies</li>\n <li>Assist volunteers with the setup and proper operation of audio and scoreboard equipment</li>\n <li>Set up, break down, and maintain event equipment, including bases, pitching rubbers, tables, stools, umbrellas, and audio/scoreboard systems</li>\n <li>Monitor crowd behavior and guest access to ensure a safe, welcoming, and fan‑friendly environment</li>\n <li>Enforce the Helfaer Field Code of Conduct and all applicable facility policies and procedures</li>\n <li>Execute event requirements in accordance with the Helfaer Field event checklist</li>\n <li>Provide information, assistance, and customer service to clients and guests throughout the venue</li>\n <li>Communicate and coordinate event needs and timing with Grounds Crew, concessions, Event Services, parking, cleaning, and catering staff</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have 6-12 months of experience in related field, as well as live in the Milwaukee area for the duration of the season (April-October).
