    "description": "<h2>Position Summary</h2>\n<p>Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a <strong>Senior Test and Evaluation </strong>professional, AFLCMC/WN Training Directorate, FMS-Korea F-15 Program, Simulators Division. In this role, the Senior T&E lead provides critical expertise in planning, executing, and assessing the full spectrum of test activities required to deliver high‑fidelity, mission‑ready training systems to U.S. and partner‑nation warfighters.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Duties include, but not limited to: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the design, planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of test and evaluation (T&E) activities across all acquisition phases, including applicable FAA certification processes.</li>\n <li>Assist in developing, maintaining, updating, and reviewing test plans, reports, and related documentation for adequacy, requirement compliance, and alignment with mandatory guidance; provide recommendations for improvement.</li>\n <li>Contribute to the assessment and development of test strategies, objectives, and requirements to ensure technical accuracy, schedule alignment, and cost feasibility.</li>\n <li>Support the identification and analysis of test data requirements needed to meet program objectives.</li>\n <li>Provide recommendations on integrated data processing, software considerations, and analytical approaches related to T&E.</li>\n <li>Prepare, coordinate, and refine detailed test plans, schedules, and cost estimates in support of program objectives.</li>\n <li>Perform trade studies to evaluate alternative test strategies, methods, and approaches.</li>\n <li>Participate in Integrated Test Teams (ITT), Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), and other test-related program events.</li>\n <li>Assess availability and suitability of DoD and civilian test resources, facilities, and instrumentation.</li>\n <li>Monitor, track, and report on system test and evaluation activities at both contractor and Government test locations.</li>\n <li>Perform data analysis using modeling and simulation tools, computer-based models, or other analytical methods.</li>\n <li>Use analytical results to recommend adjustments to testing techniques, procedures, or focus areas requiring further investigation.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Minimum Required Qualifications</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Citizenship: </strong>Must be a US citizen</p>\n<p><strong>Clearance: </strong>Active Secret Clearance</p>\n<p><strong>Education/Experience: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Advanced Degree (Master of Arts (MA)/Master of Science (MS)) and twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) years of which must be in the DoD.</li>\n <li>OR, BA/BS degree, and fifteen (15) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) of which must be in the DoD.</li>\n <li>OR, twenty (20) years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the Functionally Aligned Job Descriptions, eight (8) of which must be in the DoD. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><em>Technical Skills</em></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Integrated Test Planning and Execution</strong>Expertise in developing and managing comprehensive test strategies across developmental, operational, and interoperability test phases for complex simulator and training systems.</li>\n <li><strong>Simulation Fidelity and Digital Twin Verification</strong>Ability to evaluate aircraft system models, threat environments, and training scenarios to ensure high‑accuracy replication of F‑15 performance and mission conditions.</li>\n <li><strong>Data‑Driven Performance Assessment</strong>Skilled in analyzing test data, modeling results, and system performance metrics to provide risk‑informed recommendations that support acquisition and modernization decisions.</li>\n <li><strong>Systems Integration and Interoperability Testing</strong>Proficiency in assessing integration across subsystems, networks, mission systems, and training architectures to ensure seamless, mission‑relevant performance within the F‑15 training enterprise.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>Interpersonal Skills</em></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Collaborative Communication</strong>Able to clearly convey complex technical findings and work effectively with engineers, program managers, operators, and international partners.</li>\n <li><strong>Cross‑Functional Team Leadership</strong>Skilled at guiding diverse teams through test planning, execution, and problem‑solving while fostering trust and alignment across stakeholders.</li>\n <li><strong>Conflict Resolution & Consensus Building</strong>Capable of balancing differing technical opinions, acquisition priorities, and partner‑nation requirements to drive data‑informed, unified decisions.</li>\n <li><strong>Mentorship & Workforce Development</strong>Committed to coaching junior engineers and cultivating a culture of technical excellence, supporting the directorate’s goal of growing a talented, motivated workforce.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>Additional Information</em></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Location: </strong>Wright Patterson AFB</p>\n<p><strong>Travel: </strong>10%</p>\n<p><strong>Remote, Onsite, or Hybrid: </strong>Onsite</p>\n<p><strong><em> </em></strong></p>\n<p>#LI-NG1</p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Odyssey </strong>is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
