The goal is to assist potential tenants, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates. Specific responsibilities include:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Establish rapport with residents and provide grade A personalized customer service</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Meet with future residents and take them on tours of the units</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct daily follow up with prospective tenants</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prepare and execute leasing forms and collect appropriate payments</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>The Details:</strong> Our Leasing Agents should meet the following criteria:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High School diploma/GED required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Have a minimum of one year of experience as a leasing agent</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Have working knowledge of property management software, Onesite</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>Our company emphasizes a TEAM APPROACH and expects every person to perform any reasonable task or request that is consistent with fulfilling company objectives.
