Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project</li>\n <li>Prepare and coordinate all project deliverables</li>\n <li>Manage contract administration responsibilities </li>\n <li>Coordinate with a variety of consultants</li>\n <li>Provide leadership to staff</li>\n <li>Manage client relations and ensure client satisfaction </li>\n <li>Function in a team lead capacity, while working on multiple, challenging projects</li>\n <li>Assist with creation and management of project schedules</li>\n <li>Develop & present appropriate technical solutions to stakeholders</li>\n <li>Assist with leading project studio team members, leveraging strengths, and providing mentorship</li>\n <li>Work proactively to resolve issues that arise between project, design, and technical objectives of the project, in coordination with Project Manager</li>\n <li>Execute coordination and integration of architectural and consultant documents</li>\n <li>Seek innovation in design solutions in an ongoing spirit of curiosity and increased project performance</li>\n <li>Demonstrate understanding of appropriate industry standards and construction practice</li>\n <li>Maintain awareness of, and appropriately apply, new methodologies, practices, codes, and products</li>\n <li>Attend and conduct presentations</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>This role is an in-office position</li>\n <li>Bachelor's and/or Master's of Architecture Degree from a NAAB-accredited architecture program or equivalent</li>\n <li>6+ years of experience in Commercial design with 4+ years of experience in Multifamily projects</li>\n <li>Experience with Type III and/or Type V Construction projects is a plus</li>\n <li>Experience coordinating and leading project teams </li>\n <li>Revit proficiency and technical excellence</li>\n <li>Thorough understanding of how a drawing set goes together</li>\n <li>Potential travel opportunities</li>\n <li>Ability to present information clearly and interact with clients, including a variety of consultants and contractors. </li>\n <li>Understanding of building and accessibility codes; Acumen for how things are built and constructability</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This position is designated as <strong>full-time on-site</strong> and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location <strong>Monday through Friday during standard business hours</strong>.
