Specifically, this requisition seeks a full-time permanent staff position to coordinate and supervise large projects in the area.&nbsp;</span></p></span></span><p><strong>What&nbsp;You&rsquo;ll Do:<br></strong></p><ul><li>Management and direction of an archaeological field crew</li><li>Ability to coordinate with senior staff on a daily, weekly basis</li><li>Oversee artifact analysis</li><li>Carry out post-field technical writing</li><li>Experience in supervising archaeological crews</li><li>Strong excavation skills, experience running a data recovery operation</li><li>At least four years of Southwestern region experience</li><li>Strong writing and verbal skills to include the ability to prepare cultural resource reports</li><li>Demonstrated understanding of federal and state regulatory processes</li><li>Experience with GPS and Total Station data collection</li></ul><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Bring:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Graduate degree required in anthropology, history, or related field</li><li>Archaeological experience in Southwest US is required; permitted candidates on federal and state land mandatory</li><li>Proven leadership abilities and excellent communication skills</li><li>Well-developed organizational skills as well previous data recovery experience are required for this position</li><li>Proficient in GIS, Excel, Microsoft Word</li><li>Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively</li><li id=\"isPasted\">Must possess and maintain an active and valid driver&#39;s license without restrictions</li><li>Willingness to commit to the life of the project</li><li>Successful results of preemployment screenings, including federal background check, MVR, and drug screen</li><li>Comply with company drug and alcohol policy</li><li>Be authorized to work in the US or will be authorized by the successful candidate&rsquo;s start date</li></ul><p><strong>Location Requirements</strong></p><p><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\" id=\"isPasted\">The position will be located in El Paso, TX with potential travel.</span></p><p><strong>Compensation&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Expected Salary: $64,000 &ndash; $74,000 per year</p><p>Versar Global Solutions is providing the compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that the Company in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position based on the successful applicant&rsquo;s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and geographic location.
