Coordinates financial aspects of study implementation and management from protocol feasibility through study closure. Develops a basic level of understanding of study coordination and the ability to perform a variety of tasks under direct supervision. margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span>Identifies and explains key protocol elements and performs study tasks under direct supervision.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span>Explains basic elements of subject safety including the reasoning behind the required use of an Institutional Review Board/Independent Ethics Committee, study activity documentation, and event reporting requirements.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span>Demonstrates subject protection under direct supervision.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span>Explains the investigational products development process and identify key regulations to control these processes.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span>Explains and performs study operational activities in compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and non-GCP related study management activities.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span>Explains how to document data according to ALCOA-C (Attributable, Legible, Contemporaneous, Original, Accurate and Complete) principles.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span>Explains the importance of professional conduct and describe leadership principles that impact the effective operation of an investigative site.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span>Explains the variety of communication channels, roles and relationship and outlets for study results that impact the conduct of clinical research.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span>May perform other duties as assigned.</span></li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span><strong>Education:</strong> Associate’s Degree or relevant experience in lieu of a degree</span></li><li><span><strong>Experience:</strong> 2 years of patient care experience or 1 year of clinical research experience with a Bachelor’s Degree</span></li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Experience leading informed consent discussions and enrolling participants in clinical research studies preferred.</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Experience developing, implementing, and/or evaluating clinical research protocols and operational workflows preferred.</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Experience screening patients for research study eligibility and collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, healthcare providers, research coordinators, and other research staff preferred.</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Experience collecting, managing, and verifying research data for accuracy against source documentation preferred.</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Proficiency with Epic preferred.</p></li></ul>",
