Guide prospective residents and families from initial inquiry through move-in Build relationships and provide personalized solutions based on each prospect's needs Conduct community tours and educate prospects on senior living options Manage leads, follow-up activities, and sales opportunities within the CRM system Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless move-in experience Represent Wesley Willows at community events and outreach opportunities Work toward occupancy and move-in goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience What You'll Need:
2+ years of sales or case management experience, preferably in healthcare or hospitality Bachelor's degree preferred Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills Must be at least 21 years of age Benefits Available to Qualified Employees:
