Join us and play a key role in shaping our safety culture and sustainability strategy worldwide!<br><br><strong>What will you do?</strong><ul><li>Lead and coordinate the Global HSE & Sustainability function, defining roles, responsibilities, policies, standards and procedures across all regions.</li><li>Support Operations and HSE teams in managing complex or critical situations, ensuring proper documentation and implementation of corrective actions.</li><li>Provide guidance on HSE matters to Project Managers, including on-site inspections during project feasibility and execution phases.</li><li>Drive HSE, ESG and CSR training initiatives in collaboration with HR and the Global HSE Team.</li><li>Act as the RSPP ensuring full compliance with local regulations.</li><li>Represent the company with external stakeholders on safety, environmental and sustainability topics.</li><li>Lead the Company Sustainability Committee and support Top Management in defining and executing sustainability strategies.</li><li>Oversee ESG data collection and analysis, defining materiality, decarbonization strategies and monitoring the Sustainability Plan.</li><li>Coordinate the implementation of sustainability initiatives across all business functions and manage ESG reporting in line with recognized standards (GHG, CSRD, ESRS, CSDDD).</li></ul><strong>What are we looking for?</strong><ul><li>Solid background in Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability, with excellent knowledge of HSE regulations, ESG frameworks and reporting standards.</li><li>RSPP certificate</li><li>Experience in manufacturing environments and WCM standards.</li><li>Strong leadership, accountability and team management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, resilient approach.</li><li>Team player with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.</li><li>Master’s degree or higher in Engineering or Health, Safety or Environmental fields, with additional training in sustainability.</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in similar global or multi-site roles.</li><li>Fluent in English.</li><li>Available to travel for about 30% of the time</li></ul><strong>What do we offer?</strong><ul><li>Continuous training</li><li>Dynamic and international environment</li><li>Career growth and  Internal mobility opportunities in an industry-leading company.</li><li>Flexible working hours and smart working (defined days per month).</li><li>Corporate restaurant partnership.</li></ul><p>Sounds like a fit?
