    "description": "<h2>Opportunity Information</h2>\n<p>Sutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG) seeks a compassionate and motivated Physician Assistant to join our Urogynecology Team in San Francisco. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>· Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive care.</p>\n<p>· Conduct detailed histories and pelvic examinations to evaluate urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, voiding dysfunction, and related conditions.</p>\n<p>· Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans including behavioral therapy, medication management, pessary fitting, and perioperative care coordination.</p>\n<p>· Maintain accurate documentation, coordinate diagnostic testing and referrals, and participate in quality improvement and program development initiatives.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>· Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program (Master’s or Doctoral degree required).</p>\n<p>· Active California PA license with national board certification (PA-C).</p>\n<p>· 1–3 years of experience in women’s health, gynecology, urology, or related specialty preferred.</p>\n<p>· Strong clinical assessment skills and experience with pelvic floor disorders or procedural care preferred.</p>\n<h2>Join Us and Enjoy</h2>\n<p>Join a collaborative, specialty-focused practice where your expertise directly enhances patient outcomes and access to advanced urogynecologic care.
