You will partner with visionary leaders to shape the future of clean energy, develop top-tier talent, and fuel our mission to make a lasting, global impact.</p>\n<h2>What You’ll Do Day-To-Day</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Shape Leadership & Learning:</strong> Design, develop, and facilitate engaging workshops and leadership programs that translate business goals into action.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Build Development Pathways:</strong> Collaborate with technical and operational experts to create clear, role-based career paths.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Drive Enterprise Programs:</strong> Champion company-wide talent initiatives, including onboarding, succession planning, and workforce capability.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Measure & Innovate:</strong> Create dynamic digital learning resources and evaluate program impact to continuously raise the bar.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.</li>\n <li>5+ years of proven experience in talent, learning, or organizational development.</li>\n <li>Strong background in adult learning, leadership development, facilitation, and program management.</li>\n <li>Proven success managing programs within a highly technical, engineering, or industrial space.</li>\n <li>Deep knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.</li>\n <li>Experience successfully steering enterprise-wide talent or cultural transformations.</li>\n <li>Background working inside energy or other heavily regulated sectors.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Total Rewards Package</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Salary:</strong> $77,000 - $100,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
