The team is dedicated to inspiring better business performance and helping clients focus on their core businesses.</p>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal; font-weight:400; margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n <div style=\"margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n  <p><strong>Position Summary:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n  <p>We are seeking a self-motivated, tech-savvy Field Support Technician with knowledge of control/PLC systems and hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance.  This role supports critical infrastructure and requires the ability to respond to site alarms within a 4-hour window. While the hours are not mandated on site, an on-site presence is required for regular system inspections, maintenance, and 24 hour emergency response. &nbsp;</p>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n  <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Monitor and respond to system alarms and alerts within a 4-hour window.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Respond to client requests and concerns regarding critical infrastructure.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Troubleshoot and maintain PLC-controlled systems and associated systems hardware.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Provide remote and on-site technical support for controls, electrical, and mechanical systems.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to ensure system uptime and reliability.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Maintain documentation of service activities, system configurations, and incident reports.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Collect and provide data to develop standard business reporting metrics for site, equipment, and account status.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Schedule and perform scheduled maintenance, repairs and system upgrades as needed.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Schedule and manage vendor maintenance and repairs, as needed.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Assist with development MOPs (method of procedure) as necessary&nbsp;</li>\n  </ul>\n  <p><strong>&nbsp;Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Controls, electrical systems, and mechanical troubleshooting.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Familiarity with PLC controls and industrial automation systems.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Excellent communication and documentation skills.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site response.&nbsp;</li>\n  </ul>\n  <p><strong>&nbsp;Preferred Skills:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n  <div style=\"font-style:normal; font-weight:400; margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n   <ul>\n    <li>Experience with SCADA or building automation systems.</li>\n    <li>Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, routers/switches).</li>\n    <li>Certifications in IT, electrical, or mechanical fields are a plus. &nbsp;</li>\n    <li>State of Wyoming Journeyman’s electrical license&nbsp;</li>\n   </ul>\n  </div>\n  <p><strong>&nbsp;Work Environment &amp; Expectations:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Flexible work hours with a standard 40-hour workweek.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Must be available for on-call response within a 4-hour window.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Travel to site location as required.&nbsp;</li>\n  </ul>\n  <p>&nbsp;</p>\n </div>\n</div>\n<p>Visit us online at&nbsp;https://www.bgis.com/us/careers/ for more information.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Our company culture includes a robust mix of sound business practices and employee initiatives that promote personal and professional development, work/life balance, health and wellness and community involvement.</p>\n<p>The Company is an equal opportunity employer.
