      "content": "<li>Demonstrated climbing experience using rope and saddle for pruning, with proficiency in knots, chainsaw operation, and chipper operation.</li><li>Familiarity with Aerial Lifts (bucket truck and/or spider lifts) and adherence to ANSI standards which includes using proper PPE (we take this seriously).</li><li>Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.</li><li>Experience with driving non-CDL trucks with trailers.</li><li>Knowledge of crew management, training, customer service, and safety procedures is highly valued.</li><li>Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Willingness to learn and ability to follow instructions.</li><li>Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.</li><li>Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions.</li>"
