And it's really fun.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;\">What’s the gig? </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none;\">We’re looking for a sound designer to join our production team, and work closely with folks like Alex (Head of Post Production), and our amazing team of producers. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none;\">In this role you’ll be taking rough cuts from producers, and turning them into highly polished, ready to publish, episodes.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none;\">This means finessing edits, cleaning up dialogue, working on pacing, sourcing and integrating music, creating soundscapes, as well as mixing and mastering the finished product. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none;\">To be clear, your role will not just be that of an ‘um’ and ‘ah’ remover. It will be to elevate already great content into something truly special. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none;\">And you wont be doing this alone - we have a collaborative and supportive team of sound designers, who work alongside a team of excellent producers, and we all share one goal: To make the best possible podcasts. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;\">Things you’ll do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none;\">Edit a range of interview, narrative, solo, and fictional podcasts - working from a rough cut and/or brief. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none;\">Take rough cuts from Descript, and turn them into polished episodes in Pro Tools. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none;\">Mixing, Mastering, sourcing and placing and editing library music, making music, and anything else required to bring the best version of the content to life. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none;\">Coordinate and take ownership of audio, session, and any other files needed to get the episode done. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none;\">Make great use of Pro Tools, iZotope RX, Ableton, and other programs.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;\">Who exactly are we looking for?</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none;\">In short, does this sound like you?
