Lead. Influence. Drive Results. University Physicians’ Association (UPA) is seeking a dynamic, experienced Client Success Supervisor to join our high-performing Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven leader who brings deep RCM expertise, thrives on developing teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional client outcomes. In this role, you’ll have a direct impact on operational performance, team engagement, and client satisfaction—making a meaningful difference in both financial outcomes and patient experience. What You’ll Do As a key member of our leadership team, you will: Lead, coach, and develop a team of billing professionals to achieve high performance and engagement Oversee daily operations, including workflow management, staffing, and time-off approvals Ensure accuracy, compliance, and productivity across all revenue cycle functions Drive process improvements and implement best practices to optimize outcomes Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to achieve departmental goals Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition to support employee growth Serve as an escalation point for complex billing issues and client concerns Foster a collaborative, accountable, and positive team culture Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for operational and client success improvements Why Join UPA?
