    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #252525\">SCOPE OF THE ROLE</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #252525; font-size: 13px\">This contract role is aimed towards individuals that have a high level of experience in the production and delivery of quality 3D models for the Mechanical, Engineering and Plumbing [MEP] of the Construction Industry, with extensive knowledge of the interaction with Architecture, Engineering &amp; Construction [AEC]. </span><span style=\"color: #252525; font-size: 13px\">This position will give an individual the chance to work on some of the top construction projects in the UK and worldwide, develop their future through Continuous Personal Development, and work with a skilled, talented, and multi-disciplinary team. </span><span style=\"color: #252525; font-size: 13px\">The individual will also be exposed to all areas of the business, to produce an employee that is truly multi-disciplined.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #252525\">KEY FUNCTIONS</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #252525; font-size: 13px\">This role will require the individual to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Produce high quality, multidisciplined, coordinated 3D models.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Produce high quality 2D sheet Production Outputs.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Interact within or lead Coordination meetings internally and externally.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Required to attend client co-ordination and other review meetings.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Assist &amp; lead other members of the team in project delivery.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #252525\">PERSONAL QUALITIES</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #252525; font-size: 13px\">The key is attitude and aptitude. We are looking for:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Have the desire, drive, and willingness to continuously develop and learn.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Technical problem-solving abilities.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">You will need to be able to work as part of a Team whilst being resourceful and not afraid to use their initiative.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #252525\">QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #252525; font-size: 13px\">We have essential requirements that the applicant needs to have and some desirable requirements:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #252525; font-size: 13px\">Essential:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Previous experience in the Construction Industry.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Have experience in the use of EDMS systems.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Have high levels of experience with the use of software used by the business Revit, Autodesk Fabrication, &amp; AutoCAD.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Be able to conduct clash detection tests and model reviews using Navisworks.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">A high level of knowledge of the key spatial coordination rules of MEP services.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Good PC skills, specifically Microsoft Windows Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, &amp; PowerPoint).</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Knowledge of the RIBA Construction stages.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Desirable:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Higher Qualifications relevant to the industry.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">GCSE Grade A-C (4+) in Math’s and English.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Know how to Implement BIM Technology to facilitate project needs.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Skilled use of Solibri or Revizto.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: var(--gray10,#222); font-size: 13px\">Past knowledge of CADDuct System.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK - proof of eligibility will be required. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">By applying for this position, you are agreeing to us processing your personal data for recruitment purposes only under GDPR legislation.
