You will work independently from your home base, providing expert support for advanced CNC Lathes and Machining Centers. This is a hands-on role where you will be the \"go-to\" technical expert for our customers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Troubleshoot & Repair: </strong>Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, software, and hydraulic/pneumatic issues on CNC machinery.</li>\n <li><strong>Install & Test: </strong>Perform post-installation testing to ensure optimal machine performance.</li>\n <li><strong>Train & Educate: </strong>Conduct on-site training for customer operators on machine function, maintenance, and safety.</li>\n <li><strong>Document: </strong>Accurately log service activity, diagnostics, parts, and resolutions.</li>\n <li><strong>Travel: </strong>Manage a regional travel schedule with regular overnight stays to support customer sites.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You Need</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Education: </strong>2-year technical degree (mechanical, electrical, or machine tool technology) or equivalent military technical experience or demonstrated experience in the maintenance field.</li>\n <li><strong>Experience: </strong>Proven ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment; proficiency with PLCs is a plus.</li>\n <li><strong>Skills: </strong>Ability to read engineering drawings/schematics; skilled in using diagnostic tools (gauges, test indicators, force meters).</li>\n <li><strong>Physical Requirements: </strong>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.</li>\n <li><strong>Soft Skills: </strong>Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills; capable of working independently.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits & Perks</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive compensation package with overtime potential.</li>\n <li>Comprehensive benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision).</li>\n <li>401(k) Retirement Plan with company match.</li>\n <li>Professional development and ongoing training on new technologies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
