    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities & Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist the Intermediate Network Engineer and on-site government personnel in responding to and managing any tickets, alerts, or communications that come into the Network Operations Center.</li>\n <li>Install, maintain, and evaluate network systems and communications systems.</li>\n <li>Perform technical refresh of routers, switches, and firewall devices at customer sites.</li>\n <li>Deploy device configurations and verify operability.</li>\n <li>Follow up with other government and contractor personnel on outstanding ticket updates.</li>\n <li>Observe the actions of other contractor personnel to capture and assist with ticket updates or notes for after action reviews.</li>\n <li>Provide support to other contractor personnel towards the accomplishment of their responsibilities and duties.</li>\n <li>Contribute to reporting and data analysis of the work done under the CLIN by the NOC.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Active Top-Secret security clearance</li>\n <li>1-3 years of relevant IT experience with specialization in networking technologies, specifically with Cisco switches and routers and resolving LAN/WAN issues.</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge of IP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, MPLS, Stateful firewalls and encryption technologies. </li>\n <li>Working knowledge of network management tools, such as Riverbed, Wireshark, Micro Focus Network Automation, etc. </li>\n <li>Working knowledge of web applications, web servers, application load balancers and storage systems.
