    "description_html": "<p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2><ul><li>Maintain and repair electric, diesel, and LP-powered industrial trucks in accordance with manufacturer specifications.<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Inspect, repair, and adjust conveyor systems and related components.<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on production equipment.<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Interpret and work from blueprints, wiring diagrams, sketches, and technical manuals.<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Disassemble equipment to access and replace defective components using hand tools, power tools, hoists, and cranes.<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Perform preventative maintenance including lubrication, cleaning, and system inspections.<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Align, assemble, bolt, weld, and secure machinery and equipment to foundations or structures.<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Fabricate and repair components using arc and gas welding, brazing, and metalworking tools (drill press, grinder, etc.).<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain organized work areas and comply with plant housekeeping standards.<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Adhere to ISO standards, quality policies, and established work procedures.<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><h2><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h2><ul><li>Minimum one year of heavy industrial maintenance experience <strong>and</strong> completion of a two-year vocational/technical electrical maintenance program, <strong>OR</strong> completion of an accredited electrical apprenticeship program.<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatic systems, piping, and welding.<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Experience repairing industrial lift trucks preferred.<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and welding equipment.<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><h3>Licensing Requirements</h3><ul><li><strong>Licensed Electrician:</strong> Must possess a valid Minnesota electrician’s license.<br>&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Unlicensed Electrician:</strong> Must successfully complete internal electrician competency examination.<br>&nbsp;</li></ul>",
