          "text": "<p>Solutions Architect (Engineering)</p><p>Position Overview</p><p>We're seeking a Solutions Architect to design innovative energy solutions that solve our customers' most critical challenges. You'll work at the intersection of customer needs, technical possibility, and commercial viability—translating complex requirements into compelling, profitable proposals that win business and deliver results.</p><p>In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and customers to create system-level designs for distributed power generation, energy storage, and critical power applications. You'll combine deep technical expertise with business acumen to deliver solutions that are both technically excellent and financially sound.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>What You'll Do</p><p>Solution Design &amp; Engineering</p><ul><li>Design complete power and energy systems that meet customer technical &#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;requirements while achieving financial objectives</li><li>Perform dynamic modeling and engineering analysis to validate system performance</li><li>Develop project scope definitions, equipment specifications, and technical &#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;documentation</li><li>Conduct value engineering to optimize solutions for cost, performance, and &#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;reliability</li><li>Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and customer specifications</li></ul><p>Customer Engagement &amp; Technical Sales Support</p><ul><li>Lead technical discovery sessions with customers to understand requirements and &#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;constraints</li><li>Conduct site visits and technical assessments to inform solution design</li><li>Present technical solutions to customer stakeholders, from facilities managers to &#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;executives</li><li>Address technical questions and objections throughout the sales cycle</li><li>Build trusted advisor relationships through technical credibility and customer &#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;focus</li><li>Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for diverse audiences</li></ul><p>Proposal Development &amp; Commercial Support</p><ul><li>Develop comprehensive technical proposals that differentiate our solutions</li><li>Collaborate with Sales to create winning strategies for competitive opportunities</li><li>Define project budgets, timelines, and resource requirements</li><li>Assess technical risks and develop mitigation strategies</li><li>Support contract negotiations with technical expertise and clarifications</li><li>Ensure proposal quality, consistency, and alignment with company standards</li></ul><p>Cross-Functional Collaboration</p><ul><li>Work with Engineering teams to apply new technologies and products to customer &#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;applications</li><li>Partner with Finance to develop accurate cost models and financial projections</li><li>Coordinate with Project Management and Service Operations on solution feasibility and &#xa0;delivery</li><li>Provide customer feedback to Product Management to inform product development</li><li>Collaborate with other Solutions Architects to share knowledge and best practices</li><li>Support the transition from sales to delivery, ensuring continuity and technical accuracy</li></ul><p>Continuous Improvement &amp; Innovation</p><ul><li>Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive &#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;solutions</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve solution design processes and tools</li><li>Contribute to the development of standard designs, templates, and best practices</li><li>Participate in post-project reviews to capture lessons learned</li><li>Build technical expertise through training, research, and hands-on learning</li></ul><p>Why This Role Matters</p><p>As a Solutions Architect, you'll play a critical role in our growth and customer success.
