Documents interventions and outcomes. Utilizes critical thinking skills in daily care including accurately receiving, interpreting and executing physician orders.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Evaluates the plan of care based on optimal patient outcomes. Documents the participant / family response to care including teaching. Collaborate with other members of the health care team to revise plan of care as needed.
