Your role will involve working closely with residents, families, and staff to foster open communication and enhance the overall patient experience. Key Responsibilities: Build relationships with residents through continual monitoring of overall satisfaction during their stay Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure that residents' needs and preferences are met Advocate for residents' rights and ensure that their voices are heard in all aspects of their care Implement initiatives to improve the overall patient experience Manage difficult or emotional resident situations by identifying and resolving these problems in a timely manner Provide support and guidance to families during difficult transitions or times of need If you are compassionate and dedicated professional with a talent for communication and problem-solving, we invite you to join our team as a Patient Relations Assistant.
