    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Level: TBD </strong><strong>based on experience.</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Will be responsible for managing the Endoscopic Biliary Access global product line within the MedSurg Division.  </strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Hybrid based with-in 2 hours of a Cook facility in Bloomington, IN, Limerick, Ireland or Winston-Salem, NC </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualified candidates located elsewhere in North America or Europe will also be considered.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Assist in the development, and communication, of the global strategy for the assigned product line(s), and lead execution in alignment with specialty, division and company business goals, vision and strategy.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Manage total product life cycle (TPLC) of assigned product line(s) from idea inception to obsolescence.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Work closely with stakeholders within the Division, Marketing, company Functions, and Operational Units (including R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, Engineering, Operations, and other groups) to implement the strategy for assigned product line(s) and ensure consistency in priorities, policies, compliance, processes, structure, and projects. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Manage the financial health of product line(s) by setting appropriate pricing thresholds, managing margins and cost improvement opportunities, in collaboration with commercial business and other company teams.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Responsible for the availability and efficiency of assigned product line(s) within the TPLC; collaborate with functional teams and contribute to developing product retirement strategies when necessary.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Demonstrate and maintain an extensive understanding of relevant market trends, including case volume, the regulatory environment, healthcare economics and the TPLC.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Develop and drive the product pipeline for assigned product line(s).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to identify and establish design input requirements, in collaboration with strategic marketing and R&D.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Responsible to develop and execute an annual strategy and plan for assigned product line(s) containing drivers, limiters, and enablers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Lead and complete large and complex projects in a timely manner for planned and unplanned product specific events including, but not limited to, product launches, backorders and recalls, through collaboration with strategic marketing, , sales, commercial business, regulatory, R&D, and manufacturing.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Meet all deadlines for product related responsibilities such as business planning, product forecasts, etc.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Meet deadlines and complete administrative tasks such as expenses, training, reporting, policy acknowledgements, etc. in a timely manner.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Attend meetings with customers to understand needs, gain feedback and support the overall business.</p>\n<p>Within scope of responsibility, ensure all quality, regulatory, compliance and product specific</p>\n<p>requirements are met.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Understand and be accountable for conducting Cook business with integrity and in compliance with applicable standards including Cook policies.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Experience: </strong></p>\n<p>College degree in related field and/or equivalent relevant experience.</p>\n<p>At least 5 years relevant work experience, including but not limited to, product management, engineering, sales and/or marketing.</p>\n<p>Advanced degree (Masters or MBA or equivalent) may reduce the years of experience requirement.</p>\n<p>Demonstrated experience leading projects or initiatives.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications: </strong></p>\n<p>At least 5 years of experience in Product Management or equivalent in the medical device industry.</p>\n<p>Models the company standards that others are expected to follow.</p>\n<p>Demonstrates positive and constructive behaviors that drive team cooperation in achieving</p>\n<p>objectives.</p>\n<p>Demonstrates excellent communication, leadership, and presentations skills.</p>\n<p>Demonstrates the ability to think strategically.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements/Work Environment:</strong></p>\n<p>Ability to travel internationally, domestically and weekends as needed up to 50%.</p>\n<p>Work under general office environmental conditions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Other Requirements: </strong></p>\n<p>Employee signs a non-competition and confidentiality agreements in relation to his/her</p>\n<p>employment with Cook.
