          "text": "<p><strong><u>Job Summary</u></strong></p><p>The Senior Manager, FP&amp;A supports strategic and financial decision-making for Brightspeed’s Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) consumer business. This role leads financial modeling, forecasting, capital allocation analysis, and performance insights to optimize unit economics, guide investment decisions, and support disciplined growth in a capital-intensive, subscription-based environment. The position partners closely with executive leadership, commercial, operations, and network teams to drive efficient capital deployment and long-term value creation.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Lead financial modeling and investment analysis to support pricing strategy, product packaging, churn reduction initiatives, fiber network expansion, overbuilds, and infrastructure upgrades.</li><li>Build and maintain models to evaluate capital allocation decisions using methodologies such as net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), payback period, and cohort-based analysis.</li><li>Support capital allocation decisions across competing priorities, including footprint expansion, penetration improvement, retention investment, and infrastructure deployment.</li><li>Incorporate key FTTH business drivers into financial planning and analysis, including penetration, take rate, ARPU, churn, margin, and cost to serve.</li><li>Evaluate market-level fiber builds by cohort, including ramp curves, saturation assumptions, and long-term margin profiles.</li><li>Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess investment risk, return trade-offs, and business performance outcomes.</li><li>Own Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) modeling across FTTH sales channels to evaluate acquisition efficiency, payback periods, and long-term profitability.</li><li>Lead Cost per Gross Add (CPGA) analysis across products, channels, and geographies, including cost drivers such as marketing, commissions, installation, promotions, and subsidies.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency while maintaining subscriber quality and long-term value creation.</li><li>Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the FTTH consumer segment using driver-based assumptions tied to subscriber growth, penetration, churn, ARPU, and capital deployment.</li><li>Partner cross-functionally to align financial plans with operational execution and business priorities.</li><li>Track actual performance against plan, identify key variances, and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial and operational outcomes.</li><li>Analyze key FTTH business metrics and translate operational drivers into financial outcomes and strategic implications.</li><li>Prepare and present executive-level materials to support pricing, growth, capital allocation, and investment decisions.</li><li>May perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><em>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required.</em></p><p>&#xa0;</p>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Education &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field required.</li><li>6–10+ years of experience in FP&amp;A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or related financial analysis roles.</li><li>Experience in investment banking, private equity, or top-tier management consulting strongly preferred.</li><li>Experience supporting capital-intensive, subscription-based, telecommunications, fiber, or similar industries preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills &amp; Competencies</strong></p><ul><li>Strong understanding of capital allocation, unit economics, and return-based decision frameworks.</li><li>Advanced financial modeling skills with expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Experience building financial models incorporating NPV, IRR, payback period, sensitivity analysis, and cohort-based analysis.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex analyses into clear, actionable insights.</li><li>Ability to translate operational drivers such as churn, penetration, pricing, and ARPU into financial outcomes and recommendations.</li><li>Strong business judgment and ability to balance analytical rigor with practical decision support.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proven ability to present to senior executives and influence decision-making across cross-functional stakeholders.</li><li>Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner effectively with executive leadership, commercial, operations, and network teams.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in telecommunications, fiber, broadband, or other subscription-based businesses.</li><li>MBA or other advanced business degree preferred.</li><li>Experience supporting consumer growth businesses, capital planning, or infrastructure investment decisions.</li><li>Experience with executive-level financial presentations and board-quality analysis.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Physical Demands &amp; Work Conditions</u></strong></p><ul><li>Remote office environment with regular use of a computer and standard office equipment.</li><li>Occasional travel or in-person meetings may be required based on business needs.</li><li>Standard business hours apply; additional hours may be required during budgeting, forecasting, planning cycles, or major strategic initiatives.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p>#LI-RW1</p>",
