If you have a strong drive for accountability, sharp attention to detail, and a passion for manufacturing precision, we want to hear from you.</p><ul><li><p>Shift: 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)</p></li></ul><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Machine Operation &amp; Setup: Prepare cylinders, mount plates, adjust ink fountains/rollers, load supply rolls, and process setups for precise production runs.</li><li>Deliver High-Quality Work: Interpret order specifications, monitor close tolerances using overlay gauges, and inspect tools to ensure strict quality standards.</li><li>Troubleshooting &amp; Maintenance: Investigate equipment abnormalities to find the root cause of failures and perform proactive preventative maintenance.</li><li>Collaboration &amp; Safety: Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ISO 90001 work instructions, and Operator Process Verification (OPV). Partner across teams to reach site goals.</li><li>Data Entry: Use basic computer literacy skills to accurately report finished production and complete related documentation.</li></ul>",
