This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional ready to take on increased responsibility while further developing their expertise in project planning, coordination, and execution.</p>\n<p>This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and driven individual who enjoys problem solving, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and playing an active role in managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Apply practical field experience to support construction operations, including coordination across multiple project types and scopes</li>\n<li>Read and interpret project documents such as drawings, specifications, and reports with a strong understanding of their impact on execution</li>\n<li>Manage submittals, shop drawings, and maintain accurate, well-organized project documentation and logs</li>\n<li>Coordinate with project teams on RFIs, change orders, and cost tracking to support overall project performance</li>\n<li>Contribute to estimating efforts, including bid package development, scope analysis, and review of subcontractor proposals</li>\n<li>Assist in managing project schedules, procurement activities, and tracking critical path milestones</li>\n<li>Partner with Superintendents and Project Managers to support day-to-day execution, problem-solving, and project closeout</li>\n<li>Build and maintain professional relationships with subcontractors, architects, and clients to support successful project delivery</li>\n<li>Promote and uphold safety standards, ensuring compliance with jobsite procedures and documentation requirements</li>\n<li>Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills while balancing multiple responsibilities and deadlines</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field</li>\n<li>Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans, scopes, and specifications</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of construction-related software, including scheduling tools and project management platforms</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills:</span></p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Project Management Software: Proficient in Procore (or similar platforms) for documentation control, coordination, and project tracking</li>\n<li>Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices</li>\n<li>Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams</li>\n<li>Analytical Ability: Capable of independently reviewing plans and project documents to identify potential issues and propose solutions</li>\n<li>Technical Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
