    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs and tracks all routine preventive maintenance on all production tools</li>\n <li>Repairs molds as required by welding and machining</li>\n <li>Oversees all work and work orders for all molds</li>\n <li>Manages all SMED changes to production molds</li>\n <li>Organizes all inserts in cabinets, and maintain cabinets</li>\n <li>Oversees all mold changes and reports</li>\n <li>Responsible for mold downtime and reports</li>\n <li>Directs fellow team members in daily workload</li>\n <li>Works with tooling vendors on repairs</li>\n <li>Maintains a safe inventory stock on mold parts. Initiates purchase order for parts</li>\n <li>Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements</li>\n <li>Works daily with Quality department on defects</li>\n <li>Participates in on-call program and may be required to work additional hours as required</li>\n <li>Performs other related duties as assigned</li>\n <li>Follows all safety rules and procedures and observes the operations to ensure a safe environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED</li>\n <li>3-5 years’ experience in a maintenance-related position within a manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of training and experience</li>\n <li>Ability to interpret documents such as procedure manuals, blueprints, schematics, charts, diagrams, etc.</li>\n <li>Ability to use precision measuring devices including amp meters, electric meters, and hydraulic gauges</li>\n <li>Basic understanding of systems, equipment and schematics</li>\n <li>Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Good troubleshooting skills</li>\n <li>Basic mathematical skills used to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and use decimals and fractions</li>\n <li>Ability to perform work in a mature and professional manner, demonstrate personal responsibility and perform all assigned duties</li>\n</ul>",
