The AISS Metrology Technician will be utilizing his expert knowledge of this hardware and software in all industries, including automotive, aerospace, petrochemical, power generation, medical, etc. to ensure successful project execution and client deliverables. Projects will include First Article Inspection, Scan to CAD Analysis, Reverse Engineering, Investigative, GD&amp;T Inspection, etc.&nbsp;</span>This position will travel at least 20% of the time.</p><p><strong>Shift/Schedule: First Shift Flexible hours up to 30hr/week</strong></p><p><strong>Salary &amp; Benefits Information</strong></p><p><strong>Part Time -&nbsp;</strong><span style=\"font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><strong>Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. &nbsp;</strong></span></span></p><p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\"><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Interface with clients on and off site to understand client needs and required deliverables.</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 0px;\"><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Receiving direction from AISS Team lead and working with other AISS technicians.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Setting up, prepping scan articles, and running all metrology equipment In Lab and On Site.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Process and Utilize 3D Data to produce CAD models or 2D manufacturing drawings.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Perform detail analysis (Deviation, Color Charts, GD&amp;T, etc.) and produce necessary deliverables.&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Minimum Requirements &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Presently pursuing T</span><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">echnical or Associate’s degree in engineering technology / CAD Drafting &amp; Design Technology (or related field) or equivalent technical / job experience.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Experience with 3D CAD software is beneficial (i.e. AutoCAD, Geomatic, Inventor, SolidWorks, Creo, etc.)</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Basic understanding of ASME Y14.5 - Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&amp;T.)</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Require Microsoft office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Travel domestic and international (up to 50%) passport required.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Able to work weekends / overtime if needed.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Work well under pressure and understands deadlines.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Attention to detail and able to follow specific directions and procedures</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Good communication skills both verbally and written in English.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Good organizational skills.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Able to pass basic and site-specific training for all field job sites, and able to pass drug screen.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Able to lift 50lbs or more</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Valid and current driver's license with reliable driving record is required</span></p></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Intertek: Total Quality.
