    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span>The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing communication related to all major Product and Process Change Notifications (PCNs) across onsemi. The role ensures that product change communications are timely, compliant with industry standards, and aligned with customer expectations. This position plays a critical role in driving cross-functional coordination, governance, and continuous improvement of the Product Change Management process on a global scale.&nbsp; Program Manager working with internal functions like BU, manufacturing, planning, customer quality.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span>Job Description:</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Oversee and manage customer communication for all major product and process changes across the company.</span></li>\n <li><span>Lead and facilitate the cross‑functional review board responsible for reviewing, prioritizing, and approving company‑wide PCNs.</span></li>\n <li><span>Collaborate closely with Business Units, Customer Quality, and Manufacturing teams to ensure accurate, consistent, and effective customer notifications.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ensure Product Change Management processes comply with applicable industry standards (J‑STD‑46, J‑STD‑48, ZVEI) and internal quality system requirements.</span></li>\n <li><span>Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing PCN‑related data, trends, and performance metrics to support informed decision‑making.</span></li>\n <li><span>Demonstrate strong program management by coordinating complex, cross‑functional initiatives, managing priorities, timelines, risks, and stakeholder alignment.</span></li>\n <li><span>Provide operational coverage and coordination across multiple time zones (US, Europe, Asia) to support global stakeholders.</span></li>\n <li><span>Support limited business travel to onsemi sites as required (approximately 10%).</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>We offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Guaranteed annual bonus 50% from monthly base salary</li>\n <li>Annual corporate bonus paid based on the company's results</li>\n <li>Benefit Plus (Cafeteria) credit up to 480 € per year</li>\n <li>Financial contribution in the amount of 8.85€ (employee contribution 1.85€)</li>\n <li>Travel allowance&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Contribution to the third pillar of the pension plan up to 3% of the gross salary</li>\n <li>Sick leave contribution</li>\n <li>Regular annual salary review</li>\n <li>Financial reward for reffering a&nbsp;new employee</li>\n <li>Extra days off – Bridge days</li>\n <li>Sick days</li>\n <li>Volunteering day off</li>\n <li>MultiSport card</li>\n <li>Individual education and employee development plan</li>\n <li>Teambuilding and company’s events</li>\n <li>Mental health support program</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualification:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>8+ years of combined experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, Quality Systems or Project Management.</span></li>\n <li><span>Demonstrated experience managing programs at scale, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience supporting global or cross‑regional teams is strongly preferred.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross‑functional and multi‑organizational teams.</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable improvements.</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong negotiation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.</span></li>\n <li><span>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.</span></li>\n <li><span>Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint).</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau or other.</span></li>\n <li><span>High level of professionalism, initiative, and adaptability to support stakeholders across multiple time zones.</span></li>\n <li><span>Solid understanding of quality systems related to manufacturing product and process changes.</span></li>\n</ul>",
