Human Resources Partner – Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS)

Position Summary
The Human Resources Partner (HRP) is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for driving all aspects of human resources within HCBS. This role serves as a key business partner to operational leadership, aligning HR strategies with organizational priorities and care outcomes. The HRP fosters a high-performing, engaged workforce while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and employment best practices.
You will provide full-spectrum HR leadership across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, compliance, engagement, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals, growth, and culture Serve as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational change initiatives Leverage HR data and workforce analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement Ensure caregiver compliance with annual CHAC standards and proactively mitigate employment-related risks Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall team member experience Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and service delivery Provide coaching, guidance, and leadership development support to managers Champion a culture of respect, inclusion, accountability, and well-being Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of progressive HR experience; healthcare, home care, or senior living experience strongly preferred SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive information with discretion Location & Travel
This position is based in Basking Ridge, NJ, with regular travel to Freehold, NJ, Whiting, NJ, and other regional locations as needed.
