This position is responsible for oversight of staff who provide guard services described in the job descriptions for Security Guard II, and Alarm Monitor where applicable.  Duties are accomplished by ensuring that security personnel perform client services in accordance with contract requirements, post orders, policies and procedures, rules and regulations, as well as local, state and federal laws and regulations. Shift Leads must maintain situational awareness and make independent decisions and/or take actions autonomously and consistent with established post orders, facility rules, guidelines, protocols and reporting structure.\n\nThis is an on-call position.",
